Helms College offers two programs in our School of Hospitality:
Edgar’s Grille and Edgar’s Bistro, two popular restaurants operated by Edgar’s Hospitality Group (EHG), a business enterprise under Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia Inc., the organization that founded Helms College, were established as business enterprises in support of Helms College. EHG’s Snelling Center in Augusta and Anderson Center in Macon are venues for professional conferences and catering events. Located adjacent to Helms College, both businesses provide hands-on learning opportunities for students to work with executive chefs as well as experienced sous chefs and restaurant managers throughout their program.
